Wednesday 29th November 2023: it is a day that has loomed large on Henry’s horizon … the day he departs to start the first leg of this epic adventure.
Henry heads south to La Gomera, the starting line for the World’s Toughest Row where – on the 12th December – he will join those embarking on this year’s Atlantic Challenge as they head out from the small island with 3,000 miles of open ocean between them and their end destination: Antigua.
